We are located in Western Olathe near Kill Creek Rd. and K10

02. what months are you available for weddings and events?

We are operating year-round for your wedding and events

03. how many guests can I fit inside your venue?

We can fit 250 guests in our venue but offer overflow seating with a tent rental option

04. Do you have chairs and tables? Included? To rent?

We have 150 Chairs and 16 tables included in your rental and work with several vendors to rent additional seating to reach 250

05. Can we use fireworks for our grand exit?

No, we do not allow fireworks or sparklers but can help you get creative!

06. Is there heat and AC?

The Venue is heated and cooled throughout the space for your event

07. Are catering and beverAGE included in any packages?

No. Our venue is Al La carte so bring your caterers and vendors or feel free to use our trusted vendors for your wedding or event

08. Do you have both a ceremony and reception spaces?

Yes. The barn can be used as both or you can choose to use our outdoor ceremony space with a forest backdrop

09. Do you have a getting ready suites? 

Yes. Our Indigo Suite is bright and airy with modern finishes and large windows with attached bathroom. The Barley Suite is dark and moody stocked with dart board, tv, and Xbox to entertain through the waiting period

10. As a brand new wedding venue will things continue to change?
